I am Karla Dunnum, the library director at Ettrick Public Library.

I grew up in rural Ettrick in the French Creek area, and I am very excited to return to the area to serve the community at the library. Previously, I worked as a teacher in public education for 23 years. Then I joined the staff at Knutson Memorial Library in Coon Valley in 2015. I live in Viroqua with my husband of 22 years, but have local places to stay with siblings still in the area. I have two daughters; Emily, a preschool teacher at R. W. Houser YMCA in Onalaska, and Anna, a student at Winona State. I enjoy gardening, crafting, sewing, being outdoors, and reading. I look forward to meeting you all!
